Communication design and cultural mediation with an interest in translation, contrasts, and performativity in participatory environments and co-created design.
design development
My communication practice connects graphic design, product design, print, typography, and drawing with workshops, participatory installations, performative work, teaching and writing. Particular interest lie in areas of language(s), translation, perception and the awareness of it.
I am part of the collaborative projects inProgress asbl and Platforma (Platform for Making), and work independently as cultural mediator in museums in Luxembourg-City and Esch.
concept development
I am particularly interested in communication gaps. The moments, where common grounds make us assume comprehension, exchange and connection. As contemporary virtuality shapes communication and connectivity, my aim is to create tools that raise awareness of the performativity of language, of embodied communication, and experientiable concepts, to encourage curiosity, empathy and connection.
